In the studio I offer classes in gentle yoga, dynamic vinyasa and ashtanga. The modifications I propose for each posture or transition make the practices adaptable to all levels and help students to introduce or advance in the method of yoga in a safe, conscious, deep way. Starting with the body and its healing, passing through the breath and the control over it, to reach concentration and active meditation.
Since 2007 yoga has been part of my life. I practised for years with teachers from Rishikesh and Varanasi in India, achieved a Yoga Alliance accreditation in Vinyasa Yoga and finally found my way into the Ahtanga Yoga method in Mallorca with Lleo and Siau from Ashtanga Las Palmas and Natalia Paisano from Mysore House, with whom I did a specific Yoga Alliance training in the physical adjustments of Ashtanga.
My daily practice in the early mornings consolidates my discipline and allows me to deepen my studies in order to teach in the most effective way to all types of students.
